Brilliant service all round. Mark handled my questions quickly and efficiently. Just taken delivery of my BMW 4-series Convertible. Mark has been superb throughout the whole process. good communication, answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. Good deal on finance and found me the car to match my specification very quickly. Delivered exactly when they said they would at no extra cost and also transfered my cherished number plate onto the vehicle before delivery. Would highly recommend them !

Really happy with the service i received. It started with a call from Paula, who advised me that I could get an early upgrade. Which was a great surprise. And great timing as my wife and I were already in discussion about our next vehicle. I admit a lot of emails and calls were exchanged as I wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted however Paula was very patient and helpful with communication . Once I decided which vehicle I wanted, I then spoke to Mark who gave me an honest time frame and managed to deliver the vehicle a day earlier. Which was superb! A former employer pointed me to Green Apple when I moved from a company vehicle to a car allowance. They offered a no-deposit PCP arrangement which suited the car allowance. As with all PCP arrangements it becomes a bit difficult at higher mileage but we managed to sort something out within my budget. Because I had to sort a car quickly it was a bit rushed and ended up with something I quite liked but didn't love. That's not the fault of Green Apple but reflected the allowance and the timescale. This time around I decided if I was getting a new(ish) car I would get one I did want. Given the age of my children I wanted something with space so fancied an S-Max. Clearly this is a bit more difficult to source but Paula would send me over a different one every couple of days. I completely admit to being fairly picky but she kept looking until we found one that was the right model, a colour I liked and with a reasonable mileage. My biggest concern was exiting the contract with the current car - it had a year left to run - but I was told that they would take the car back and pay the balance. Once I signed the paperwork everything went pretty smoothly. The car was delivered having been through their workshop (along with a 12 month warranty which was a nice surprise) and my car was taken away at the same time. The payment was sent through to the old finance company last week as promised and the balance has been settled. All in all the process has been pretty much seamless and very low stress. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The option of a no deposit lease was just what I wanted. I was being very particular about the spec and the colour scheme I wanted. Andrew was very patient and worked hard to find the exact car I wanted. The process of applying for the finance was quick, easy and painless. The could have been delivered to my home address however I was travelling near to the dealership on Christmas eve and Andrew came to the dealership specifically just to meet me to make sure I was happy with the car. The car was presented to me in excellent condition and after filling in some paperwork and ensuring the car was taxed, I was able to drive away the same day. In the New Year I received a call from Andrew asking if I was enjoying the car and offered to help if there was anything he could do. As it turned out, I did have some difficulties changing the payment due date with the finance company. Andrew made several calls to the organisation and in particular his direct contact and account manager. Dear Green Apple Leasing, I would like to say that when I needed a car urgently I looked on the web and thought I’ll give you a try, after speaking to many other leasing companies I thought I’ll keep my options open and had nothing to lose by calling yourselves. I spoke to Daniel and Andrew of whom I thought were very courteous, listened to my needs and observed my available budget. At no time did I feel pressured and pushed into agreeing terms that I was not happy with or increasing my budget. They mentioned the vehicles available with in my needs. I was quite shocked to know they were pretty new with low mileage and the type of vehicle they had for my budget. I was not expecting that at all as other leasing companies had limited choice and all a lot older with high mileage. The whole process took less than a week to calling them, agreeing the contract and delivery. I had the vehicle for a short time before I was involved in an accident, so again needed a replacement vehicle. I rang yourselves and again the service I received in my eyes were beyond the call of duty. Andrew gave me honest sound advice as I have never been through this before and he never took advantage of my naivety. Andrew contacted the finance company on my behalf, helped me along the way with negotiating new terms for a replacement vehicle with the finance company. He kept me updated at all times via phone calls and emails sometimes several times a day. They treated me with upmost respect knowing that I was in an accident and without a vehicle. They pulled out all the stops to have another vehicle available like for like straight away. Again no extra charges and no hidden clauses in the contract unlike certain other leasing companies I have spoken to. I have already recommended yourselves to my friends and family and will continue staying with you in the future. I would never look elsewhere. This is so refreshing to know there are genuine leasing companies out there who do put customers first. Well done and wish you a happy future.

I just wanted to write a short note to say how impressed I am with Green Apple Leasing and in particular, Daniel Poole. I was trying to find a personal leasing deal on a 2nd hand car with some strict parameters, namely 15,000 , under 3 year old, 1.3/1.4, small hatchback, 5 doors, good mpg…. All the companies I spoke to and left messages with were very slow in responding, were generally unhelpful and dismissive , and not forthcoming re alternative options and trying to help me out. However when I emailed Apple leasing, they came back immediately, we had a very good discussion, and Daniel listened to what I wanted. I talked through my requests and why I needed them , he then came up with 3 options and took the time and trouble, (even after hours) to sort it all out. Within 2 days Daniel had identified a lovely Vauxhall Corsa, 1.4. less than 3 years old, great condition, great mpg and allowing a mileage of 15000/year and a very low mileage penalty for additional mileage. I signed immediately and have been very happy once it was delivered. It was everything he said it would be. They delivered the car and it looked brand new. Amazing. I could not fault any of it and I was delighted that Daniel was so efficient, helpful, and seemed to care to get it right for me. Such a lovely change from the other companies. Highly recommended to anyone looking at 2nd hand personal leasing, and I have already recommended him to two friends. I wish all companies were like this .
